    Good food however delivery was disappointing. Firstly, one of the curries had leaked into the bag. There was a whole curry sitting at the bottom of the plastic bag which the delivery man seemed to think was acceptable. I felt uncomfortable having to say sorry but we can't really out of the plastic bag so what does he propose. He left me with what he turned up with even after I asked if he wanted to take it all back, so I was left with half the main meal and a bag of curry to clean up. He also forgot to deliver the Mango Lassi we ordered which he must've left in the car as turned up with it 3 minutes after he left. We started eating what we had and sadly it was cold and required heating up in the microwave. It took another 50 minutes before they came back with the replacement curry. Completely ruined what we were hoping was going to be a nice dinner in but the food was good once heated up. Thought they may come back with the curry and something complimentary but no.   (Rebecca - April, 2013)

    We made a large order for my sisters birthday on weds 6th feb at 7pm and the eta was 6.52. At 7.10 we made the first of many phone calls to check up on our order. We were told the delivery man left 20 mins ago, we hung up on twice, were told we would get a call back and no one called. Our food eventually arrived at approx 730. There was one main dish missing and none of the dishes were labelled, which was terribly confusing because their were both vegetarian and meat meals and some hot and some mild so we had no idea what anything was. I drove up personally to complain and was told I would be refunded by the details on how to do so was a little confusing.....   (Natalie - February, 2013)

    Placed an order, waited 1 hour then received a message saying there were no delivery driver available. Seriously slack service, I will never be back and will not recommend to friends.   (See my reviews (9) - January, 2013)

    Really great meal, some of the best butter chicken in town, and delivered so quickly! Only problem was the coke was delivered warm which was a bit disappointing.   (Amy - December, 2012)

    Fantastic meal delivered in half the time, and great value for money. Having tried numerous curry houses in the area over the last 6 mnths, I will continue to order from here. Palak Paneer, Korma and Lamb Kebabs are delicious!   (Sarah - September, 2012)

    Took over an hour past the time of arrival that was given to arrive. I'm pretty certain one of the dishes I ordered as medium was actually mild... I should have read the other reviews before ordering.   (Bryce - See my reviews (2) - May, 2012)

    On-line ordering was excellent, one of the better platforms we've used. Unfortunately, the meal took over an hour to arrive & was bordering on cold. Also, despite the email confirmation confirming one of the dishes as "medium", it was actually mild (and said "mild" on the Bollywood order form that came with the order itself.) Disappointing, and a far cry from the high expectations we had of such a local institution.   (Sean - April, 2012)

    Placed an order at 6pm for the delivery to be outside for 7:45. I get a call at 8pm to say that it will be there in 30 mins. I say to myself ok things like this can happen. 8:45 still no food, call up and they say it will be here in 5 mins.

    9:05pm still no food, call again and explain the situation. When I ask whats going on they hang up on me. I call back, rings for a while and another person answers the phone, explain again. They say 5 more mins.... No offer of compensation.

    Food arrives at 9:20, 3 and a 1/3 hours after its ordered over an hour and a half late.

    Food is cold, they have messed up my order. Worst experience with delivery EVER. $40 for cold, late, wrong food....   (Peter - April, 2012)
