At Minx we like our food as honest as possible. With a modern European influence our small group of passionate chefs work hard to create clean, simple and sublime food. Everything is prepared on site at Minx from the bread to ice cream, with fresh fish brought in whole, which allows us to see there eyes, gills and skin.

The emphasis on food at Minx is from the start, to source what is in season, what is at its best. Our menu is driven by consistently trying to achieve the standards we set our selves, realising that we will never stop learning or creating!
