We were a group 7 diners who went to spoil 3 mothers for lunch on Mother's Day. The service was appalling,. We waited for over an hour for our meal (no entrees) - no communication from staff - had to ask 3 times - no complimentary drink or starter to mitigate wait. The place was not even full but they could not cope. Steak arrived uncooked.

Santa Lucia is one of my favorite restaurant, I go there pretty often with a small and big parties. I'm always happy with everything......the food is great and the portions are big, I barley ever can finish my meal. Staff is professional, and they are on top of things. I' m told that all dessert are homemade, and they do taste very fresh. My favorite one is Tiramisu. The atmosphere and live music is amazing, I get a feel that I'm in Italy. It's a friendly environment, which is good for a family launch/ dinner. I highly recommend to anyone how is seeking to have a excellent time and delicious food.   (MJ - July, 2008)
