It is difficult to rate a restaurant on Valentines Day evening as it is so busy. We thought the food was superb! We would like to return on a quieter evening. (February, 2008) Overall 7 - Food 6, Ambience 8, Value 6, Service 8
It was a nice restaurant. The experience was pleasureable. The objective was to have escargot. After the meal, I enquired about the escargot and was informed that the escargot was imported as a canned product in brine. To make it look authentic, the shells had to be sourced and then the snails sauteed in garlic and butter and put back into the shells. I was a quite disappointed that the escargot was a canned product and not authentic. (April, 2007) |
