Experienced Japanese Chefs and friendly vibrant staff serve up delicious authentic Japanese dishes in this funky underground setting right next to the Kingsland Train Station. Either at the counter watching the sushi chefs hustle through the orders, or at a large table with a group being led through more than a dozen courses of one of the set menus ($35~$50), you'll want to come back again and again. (and will!)

Very good experience. Food is great, served very quickly if you come early, however when it gets busy it took a little longer, which is only to be expected. Restaurant itself is very nice, friendly laid-back atmosphere. Service was very good, always close and ready to help. Recommend going in slightly earlier (6pm) or booking as at 7pm a whole horde of people enters looking for tables. A popular place for quality Japanese food.
