  • Hi first time user. Ordering was simple & well thought out, one of the better on-line ordering platforms. Unfortunately, the meal itself took over an hour to arrive (ETA was 30-45 mins), was not hot (temperature wise) and despite the email order confirmation showing one dish selection as "medium", it was actually "mild" both in reality and on the in store order form that accompanied the delivery. Shame, as Menulog was great!
