"A brief stroll around the nautical Hog reveals a trim two-storey design that has all the light and air of a couple of promenade decks of an ocean-going liner. Sweeping high-level hospitality bays with views across the harbour complement spacious table areas and make for an uncluttered dining experience. The Hog sports a soundly conceived menu and some devilishly good wines. The bill of fare is wide and encompasses most Kiwi eating styles short of fine dining."
