Just to explain the ambience low review - it wasn't initially very good on this occasion. The table for 2 was perfect by the fire, however having the high table in the corner spolit the ambience. There were too many people gathered at this table with little regard for dining guests. They were loud and practically sitting on us. The staff were great - we asked to move away from them and they found a table for us. Not the restaurants fault but it was a shame. Just our bad luck on the night.   (May, 2008)

I had a stonegrill steak which was very disappointing. Expensive for what it was and the veggies were soggy. The wine expensive.   (January, 2008)

overall nice meal, cost for a stone grill with a piece of steak $33 a little steep and a bottle of Stonelleigh $45. To me that is getting up there in expensive.Dessert was lovely and of course 1/2 Tuesday was good service was fine.   (December, 2007)

We'll definately be going back. The Breads for starter were unusual but tasty, and we would absolutley recommend the Stonegrill. I had the game platter (rabbit, ostrich, venison and kangaroo) which was fantastic, and my wife had the lovely surf and turf. It was quite a novelty to finish the cooking yourself, and the hot stone gave it fantastic flavour.   (Jordan - November, 2007)
