Torenhof offers commitment to Belgian Beer and outstanding Cuisine. A wonderful 1920's interior café fit out within the Canterbury Provincial Chambers overlooking the river Avon and garden reserve. Our large outdoor terraced area or indoor café offers the ideal place to catch up with friends, celebrate a special occasion or relax with a Belgian Beer. Located on the Tram Route on Armagh Street, Torenhof is the only bar in Christchurch to offer Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Leffe Blonde and Leffe Brune on tap. We are looking forward to you calling in at the Torenhof!

Great food and service, although I found the noise levels to be a liitle bit high. This is probably one of the best restaurants I have eaten in in Christchurch. No womder they win all the awards. Great service, superb food. The belgium beers are a little expensive but they have to be tried as it would be unlikely that anyone else in chch would have this selection. (See my reviews (14) - May, 2007)
