Very disappointing. Tandoori chicken was not freshly cooked. Asked for a hot lamb madras and it had no spicy bite at all. The paratha breads were soggy rather than crispy as they should be. I rarely complain, but this was an expensive bad meal. (Cordelia - See my reviews (2)

The food was lovely. It was delivered well within the estimated time frame, with professional yet friendly courtesy.
I am now absolutely sold on Two Fat Indians as my number one favourite Indian restaurant in Christchurch.

The food was ok - the vegetarian curry was amazing and the naan. The tadoor platter was very average. The worst thing was not the length of time that it took to get here ok it was Saturday night so no big issue it was that they rang to get the address?? and then rang back 20 mins later to say the delivery boy couldn't find the place and the street did not exist which is not so it runs parallel to papanui road -- i had to give them directions and i asked is my food going to be cold? he quickly said no but when it arrived the driver had no pen and we had to stand in the cold at the door in the end the food was not hot just warm -- really disappointing. Absolutely terrible. We had a special night planed that was ruined by this site. The food was meant to arrive at 6, we got a call at 6:15 saying it will be there at 6:30. It got to 6:45 and still no food. We rang the food vendor and they had two excuses a) website broken, then b) delivery boy crashed. We never got our food. Had to leave the house and go get our own. I would not reccomend this site to anyone unless you are trying to loose weight!! cause the chances are you will go hungry. (Mike - April, 2009)
