The recent refurbishment of all dining rooms and bar area feature an eclectic interior palette and striking art presentation. Scott describes it as ‘contemporary colonial’, it isn’t modern at all, I wanted a memorable new presentation which paid homage to the past, but which was also a distinct personality, something which plugs into our collective consciousness about great dining experiences.”

"went for a special occasion. tried the new degustation menu. food was good, setting was nice but the experience was ruined by the extremely slow pace. i was starving and impatient as i waited each time for a dish. total of 9 courses took 2.5 hours, but it took 2 hours for the first 3 courses!"
